We have categorised books into 4 major categories depending on the degree of usage:

1. Just as new: Mostly unused books just like a new one.
2. Almost new: Very less used books with very less wear and tear.
3. Excellent: Gently used books which contain minor defects/damages which does not affect the reading experience.
4. Good: Slightly used books with defects/damages in core areas which does not affect the reading experience.

A note to buyers:

• Please note that we do not list any books in fully damaged/unreadable condition.
• As we only sell preloved/used books, they can contain minor defects/damages such as corner bents, dull cover, overall wear and tear because of usage, taped pages, slight torn pages, library stickers and seals. We mention defect/damage in books in the description of each book. Video is also posted. Some defects/damages may not be noticed by us very rarely. Please consider it as unintentional human error.
• We ensure that sound books are functional before posting, listing and shipping. Video in working condition is displayed on the product page. If any sound book is not working when delivered, we are not responsible. In 90% cases it will be fixed if cell/battery is changed.
• Art/activity/sticker/puzzle/search and find/spotting books may have been slightly used by previous reader. Video is in product page. Please check before ordering.
