Refund and Replacement:

• Goods once sold cannot be returned/refunded/replaced until there is a major damage to the product that has occurred during shipment.
• A replacement can be considered in case of severe damage only if complete unpacking video is taken right from unpacking the courier bag till the product is taken out and functionality checked without pause and cut and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. While returning the item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. 
• To avoid many fake cases, we have taken necessary steps. We expect your kind cooperation.
• As we only sell preloved/used books, they can contain minor defects/damages such as corner bents, dull cover, overall wear and tear because of usage, taped pages, slight torn pages, library stickers and seals. We mention defect/damage in books in the description of each book. Some defects/damages may not be noticed by us very rarely. Please consider it as unintentional human error.
• Please note that we do not list any books in unreadable condition. We ensure that sound books are functional before posting, listing and shipping. If any sound book is not working when delivered, we are not responsible. In 90% cases it will be fixed if cell/battery is changed.
• Art/activity/sticker/puzzle/search and find/spotting books may have been slightly used by previous reader. Please check before ordering.
• If any cancellation is requested within an hour of placing the order on WhatsApp number 8075813370 only, then refund is approved by us. It will be done after deducting payment gateway and miscellaneous fees which will be approximate 3% of order value.
• We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit.
• In only such cases as given above, provided proper evidence (video) we will replace the item if the product is available with us in stock else, we will give store credit, you can purchase any other thing, provided that the unboxing video is shared and request for replacement/return of item is made within the stipulated timeframe which is 24 hrs of receiving the parcel.
• If any customer has not received the parcel after courier company has marked delivered in the tracking, they should contact us through WhatsApp support within 3 days of DELIVERED remark by the courier company. If customer contacts us after 3 days we will not be able to provide any support because courier company does not allow or provide resolutions for parcels marked delivered after that. We will not be taking responsibility or liability for any parcels marked delivered and not actually received by the customer, if customer contacts our support after 3 working days since DELIEVERED remark. No refund or reshipment shall be provided in such cases. 
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or the purchase of products from Kids Bookstore India shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action relating to this website or your purchase shall be the state and federal courts located in Kasaragod district, Kerala State, India.
