Shipping Policy

  • We take utmost care in shipping of your products. To make all procedure smooth and easy please allow us 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. The processing time may get delayed at times due to heavy order volumes or other emergencies.
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays and Sundays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, tracking details Will be shared on WhatsApp [If the number provided has an active WhatsApp account]
  • The Customer must mandatorily provide a phone number that can be used for normal calling by the delivery executive. 
  • Orders once placed will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivery will happen in approx. 7 to 15 working days thereafter depending on your state. Please refer to the below list for average delivery time periods for different regions:
  • Kerala: 4-6 working days
  • Other south Indian states: 7-10 working days
  • Central Indian states: 8-10 working days
  • North Indian states: 8-10 working days
  • Northeast states/Himachal Pradesh/Jammu and Kashmir/Ladakh: 10-12 working days
  • At times it can be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which we are helpless of. Please order at least two weeks before your desired delivery date because we do not have control over the parcel once its shipped. If any in transit/delivery delay happens from the side of courier company, we will be helpless and only option for the customer is to patiently wait.
  • If the location is a remote location delivery might take further time. Please note that we try our best to ship your order the same day but if any in transit delay occurs from the side of courier company, we will be helpless.
  • During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us.
  • If there is any unseen or unexpected problem, then the parcel either shipped by air or by surface might be delayed. Unexpected problems could be anything like:
    1. Unable to reach the customer.
    2. Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable.
    3. Any kind of strike in the city or in courier company.
    4. Any natural calamities like earthquake, flood, drought etc.
    5. Any action by government departments.
    6. Any kind of mishap during transit.
    7. Any reasons that can occur in logistics.

  • If any customer’s pin code is not serviceable by the courier company, We Will ship the order through India Post and it Will take longer time for delivery than mentioned above.

  • In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect, incomplete address, incorrect phone number or any other reason the customer will have to bear reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided. We only provide reshipment of the same order and no adjustments can be made in the existing order.
